It's simple. If you want to stop the problem. Laws ain't going to do it. If you are caught with fentanyl, we will kill you and drop off your corpse at the morgue. No arrest, trial, or jury. If you have it you are dead.

It's roughly 50x more potent than heroin. If you've ever seen real (not make believe TV crap) of anyone shooting up Heroin, the effect is almost instant.

If this is staged, the officer might want to audition for a role in Hollywood.
Idk about that. That's like saying you failed a drug test because you were at a concert and someone next to you was smoking weed. It doesn't work that way unless you tried to take tiny little hit yourself and hope that nobody noticed
On average, fentanyl is considered to be lethal when someone takes 2 mg. This is a lethal dose.
Contrary to popular belief it can also be absorbed through the skin. Case in point, brother in law currently dying from kidney failure, on time release fentanyl patches which release 100mcg/hour (that's micrograms, not milligrams).
