YMMV. DEA states 2mg. Other sources state 3mg. Depends on lots of factors including body size, previous tolerance to opioids, etc. It's a very small amount though.
Of course there are factors, as you listed. Which is why 2mg is considered the average lethal dosage. Here is another picture from one of my previous links that puts things into perspective.
There are also fentanyl variants, some slightly weaker, some significantly stronger. One in particular, Carfentanil, is estimated at 10,000x stronger than morphine. Carfentanil was first synthesized in the 70's as a general anaesthetic for very large animals. It is roughly 100x stronger than run of the mill fentanyl. Measurable effect on humans at dosage as low as 1 microgram.

Here in east TN heroin (often laced with fentanyl) is cheaper than pot. It’s a disgusting SCOURGE!!!!
That video is about as real as a syrian gas attack
It is hard to imagine the guy not wearing gloves. Even back in the '80s while in the Coast Guard we wore gloves when handling drugs. Even weed. That in itself makes me believe this video was staged. Either that or the FTO was not doing his job.
