How do i get rid of home phone service but keep internet ?

I believe ATT will do Internet only, seems it was around $50 per month for DSL only. or you can bundle cell phone and Uverse. I haven't heard to many good things about Uverse.

CLEAR wireless internet is a very good option, no cables, no telephone lines and no dishes.

Plug the box into a electric socket and plug your computer into the box.

Looks like they have a lot of Woodstock covered.

Finally! I checked months back and they said nope.
Anyone have experience with their service?

We use Comcast for internet only at $55/month business grade. When we started cutting expenses, we killed DirecTV and the landline. We watch everything Over The Air and streaming from Hulu and Netflix.

Gdawg, I have a neighbor who works from home and he has to have a very reliable and fast internet connection to do his business. He sights and home and does the College basketball scoring in the top of your TV screen. He uses Hughes Net and would
have nothing else.

I have Windstream/Dish combo package. I am on the Greenstreak Promo which is internet and no phone (you have an actual line but have to pay $.10/min I believe it is for outgoing calls...AND no taxes/fees associated with having a normal phone line). It is $29.99/month for the internet with my $5/mo. bundle discount.
