Well I agree shooting deer isn't very sporting to me. I enjoyed spending time in the woods however... The last deer I killed was with a rem 700 in 300rum. The zeiss scope combined with the power of a 300rum made it killing instead of hunting. I got no rush, didn't enjoy cleaning it. If I had used a bow and stalked it in think it would have been completely different.
