How to keep Canadian Geese off your lawn?

There is a season, and limits, and a license you can buy that enables you to shoot geese.

Are you in GA? Season is state-wide. I don’t know of any state I n the contiguous US that doesn’t have a migratory bird seasons.

Coyote decoys work pretty good. Make sure to move them around every other week

Remember reading a long time ago the book Robinson Caruso. He was marooned on an island and after a while found enough seeds to plant a garden. Seems the crows or some sort of bird kept raiding his plants. Nothing he did drove them off. He was finally able to kill one with a rock, took the birds body and wrapped some chain around it and placed it in the air on a stick. The other birds came by, saw their dead comrade and never came back. Might work if you can find a dead one or if you accidentally kill one.

That does work and its the only thing Ive found that works. I didnt hang him in the air but they got the message.

Update:
The 12 ga worked, they did not return. Guess that sound scared them.

The full auto BB gun is a hoot! I keep it in my home office ready for the next varmint. Not much power though.
