Came across this video and watched the entire thing. Looks fairly simple, very well explained, and even better presented by the person who took the time to make the video. I will state again....THIS IS FOR EDUCATION PURPOSES ONLY!!!!and stuff.

5 gallons of mash/wash yields 4-5 quarts of 140 proof liquor. Infuse to make different flavors, dilute with distilled water to bring the proof down and extend the yields, or mix with Jack Daniels BBQ wood chips to make a nice dark amber liquor that, after a month or so, taste pretty close to some JD.

Never thought about the wood chips! :thumb:
 
It sucks that making liquor is a criminal Federal Offense. Why can you legally make beer and wine, but not liquor???
