As stated, how do I prepare this ground wagyu beef? Just trying to make some good burgers. Most likely will be using seasoned cast iron skillet.

No sous vide. Let sit at room temp 30 minutes. S&P then 30 - 60 seconds on each side in a screaming hot cast iron. We like ours rare. A little longer depending on your doneness, but don't overcook them whatever you do.
