How to remove Glock front sight when screw is gone?

That is a factory-swaged sight. There is no "missing screw", as it never needed one.

Carefully grab the sight with a pair of Vise-Grips and simply twist it off. It WILL break; just use a punch to push the fragments out of the hole and it'll be ready for the new sight.

I stress the carefully part because it's easy to scratch the finish if the jaws of the Vise-Grips scrape along there.
