Anybody sold anything on a Form 4 Individual before?

Last time I tried to do this, it was a cluster****ed fiasco. Even the LGSs I've called don't know the answer.

You get money. Buyer fills out all necessary paperwork, sends said paperwork to the fed bois along with their extortion fee. Once they get their approval letter, you hand em the suppressor.

For most deals like this - the buyer pays 50% up front and the other 50% once approved. Or, buyer pays once approved and picking it up.

Ok so when the suppressor changes hands, I just keep my tax stamp for my own records and the ATF knows it's not in my possession anymore? I don't have to do anything on my end other than ship the supressor once the buyer is approved?

It’s all the same as through a dealer just a different form…usually 50/50 payment and I just do a signature page stating both party’s agreed terms and payment amount biggest issue is getting people to complete the paperwork

Been kicking around selling my Surefire FDE FA556-212, should bring good money for the clone game...

I wish I had went with a .308 can so I could use it across multiple platforms, a 5.56 can kind of ties my hands a bit in that regard
Dang it, I was looking for a deal……

Honestly, I’m looking for another Razor in 556. Keep your Surefire and just buy a 30 cal can of your liking. I’ve invested in the Rugged mount, so I went a Surge.

I would also make a copy of the transferred one for your records.they will be sending it to you.and remember it’s not yours anymore so contact buyer immediately.i would get 100% of money up front therefore buyer don’t owe and be a lot quicker to take possession.
