Start a new post (but not in the classifieds).
Look down at the bottom below TinyPic and you'll see the option to start a poll.

You can do a poll there. The places where you can't are the ones where there is the fill in the blanks forms. I think that's basically the Georgia Classifieds. I'll try to define that further later today.

If you want a poll in the classifieds you have to create the listing and then edit the post to add a poll.
