I stopped by Hudson's to pick up lunch today. Pork sandwich and a small stew. The stew was great and almost too hot to eat so I had to "cracker" it and let it set before digging in. The pork sandwich was just like always, perfect. They went a little heavier on the meat than usual but that just makes it better. Can't wait for the M&G to have the same and maybe some fried green beans on the side. Big line at the take out and some huge orders being picked up. I'm betting a lot of folks are going to have Hudson's BBQ for the 4th of July dinner.
