CZ imports them and sells them under the CZ name but the O/U shotguns are marked Huglu. I owned one for a minute. Shot great.

Had two CZ O/U Shotguns. Not a complaint. For the money I think they're hard to beat. Only reason I sold mine is because they just didn't fit me well. I shoot long guns left handed due to an eye condition and the cast-off was just a little too much for my liking. If they offered a neutral cast or cast-on stock I wouldn't hesitate to buy one again.

For what it's worth I like the Redhead more than the Canvasback. But that's just my personal preference.
