If you were active duty, and refused the COVID shot, and they kicked you out, they would allow you to come back to active duty. If you were a member of the reserve military and refused the shot, you were kicked out, period. As far as I know reserve members have not been allowed to come back on reserve duty status, if they were separated from service.
