Already have a lease,looking to get rid of the president and the vice president,club is unsafe.damn near got killed opening day and thats just for starts.
Weyerhaeuser would probably love to see what they have done to the land,im in contact with Mr Green Jeans now.

Im looking for someone up the company ladder,that can make things happen.

There is no such person. Trust me, i'm serious as a heart attack.

You will have to go through the "recreational leasing" department out of S.C. (or at least that was where the PC office is, don't know if Weyerhauser is keeping it.)

We are pretty well established locals, have had the lease for 35 years or so, and we haven't found a "work around". We got shafted by Weyerhauser in the finest way.

You can hope for some "juice", but it's not going to happen.

You need to follow them on-line where available leases are listed from time to time. They have an electronic mailing list, but I don't know if non-lessees can get on it.

It's all by the numbers now.
