HVAC apprenticeship OR Electrical apprenticeship

Something to think about, I am a retired Appliance tech I worked over 40 years in that trade, I looked at the other options like heating and air,welding,etc...(most had things I didn't like, like going under houses, hot attics, nasty conditions). Most Appliance tech make a commensurate salary (once trained), you work indoors in mostly clean homes with heat and air conditioning (altho I've seen some real S**tholes in very nice areas),NO UNIONS,or license requirements, most people have lot's of appliances, washer, dryers, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, etc.Lots more potential for work, and most appliance company's have a problem as other's have getting people to do service (most major appliance company's train appliance sales/service company employees, once you are an employee). I'd look at a small mom/pop store that does service on what they sell, they are always looking for motivated people! Good luck friend
