On top of paying $20 to even get into oneGun shows have been way over priced for years, nothing new there. It's as smart as paying $25 for an ar15 mag instead of ordering one for $12 online.

Dear sir, would you like to pay $25 for an Ar-15 magazine from a greasy slob instead of ordering it online for $12 each to your door? No? Why not? Support your local gun show!On top of paying $20 to even get into one
A different rant though.A rose by any other name is just a rose...... So is a price rant thread
A different rant though.
I've only been around here for 10 years so maybe I missed it.
We've had dozens if not scores of threads poking "fun" at sellers, *****ing and moaning about flippers, price increases, price gouging, taking advantage, ruining the site for profit, killing the spirit of the brotherhood, ad nauseam, all started by and piled on by broke dick, whiny, unprepared, pissy moochers wanting something for nothing.
I think it's a small thing to ask to have one single thread dedicated to poking a little fun at and laughing at the nitwits that can't their tiny little pea brains around the concepts of supply and demand, market forces, devalued currency and memory. But, if it's just too much, ask a mod to delete the thread.
Two deals makes you an expert.Well I'm sure you are all aware that there are sort of 2 different markets. There is the over priced gun show and odt market where guys seem happy to pay whatever someone is asking and then there is a "street price" .I don't mean selling from your trunk to drug dealers. I mean legitimate gun sales between private parties, those older guys are probably use to the good ole boy street price and don't understand the profit that drives gun shows and the like where everyone and I mean everyone has to sell what they bought for $100 over what they gave and the gun will change hands 8 times in a week . Y'all can say it doesn't happen but I've sold stuff here for a good price just to see it show up for more than I sold it for 10 minutes after a deal is made. You can see them here in the classifieds. Same gun different guy higher price
A perfesser even. Two deals makes you an expert.
