I ever tell ya...

We had a problem with them getting in ours cars back around 2012. I started thinning them out, probably on average 1 per day for a couple of months. To this day, I don’t see nearly as many as back then and I haven’t shot one in years.

As if eating my wiring and leaving me without lights, digging holes in the siding, wondering though my walls and making babies...
That’s not enough...
Now they are eating my fence! WTH? Aluminum? That’s a snack to them? Now I have 1.5 acres of fence to re wire.
Yes I will shoot every one I can. I hate those evil rodents. And I’m not interested in eating them. Let them rot.

You got whimpy squirrels :boink: @crippen trains his to chew through copper. :pound:

We have a few pecan trees around a couple of old barns, and I often lost the race to pick up the pecans before the varmints got the lions share. Not to mention chewed wires in the barns that presented fire hazards. A few years back a feral cat decided she liked one of the barns and took up residence there. She had some kittens and I was able to catch one of the little toms and tame him. I've never been a cat fan, but this was one hell of a cat. I could hunt tree rats with a 12 gauge and that cat would sit right next to me like a lab. He wouldn't move unless a tree rat made a run for it at ground level or I killed one. I haven't seen a squirrel around there in 3 years. He was killed by another feral tom, and as man-purse carrying, liberal voting and tree-hugging as this may sound, I miss that cat.
