If HB 512 passes this year, then you can renew early (if you want) minus the fingerprinting cost. The Bill removes fingerprinting at renewal of your GWCL. That can save folks between $42.95 to $50.00 per renewal.
Also, all new Georgia Weapons Carry Licenses that have been issued since January 2012 look the same. They all have the same wording on them. Big letters across the top saying Georgia Weapons Carry License with the Georgia State Seal and a color photo of yourself.

Correct, it is not GWL, it is GWCL just like Tmoore mention, so all of you trying to correct me were wrong as well (technically), NA-NA-NA-NA lol.
Technically its not. All licenses shall also be uniform. If someone can produce a gwl with the concealed carry in the regulation, ie state code, I'll give you a case of 5.56. The manner in which you carry a firearm isn't dictated with the license, long gun without yes. Also the firearm doesn't need to be bolstered to carry.
