Harley has been going broke for years this is just another stab at dragging in a younger demographic just like the Vrod was suppose to.

The TT is the greatest motorcycle race on Earth. I can't imagine a better way to compare bikes if we are talking about performance.

And yeah, to each their own. I definitely have an appreciation for some of the vintage Harleys. However most of them just don't appeal to me. I want a machine that I can really connect with while I push it to the edge. A 1000+lb two-wheeled truck just isn't my idea of fun

Yep I agree to each his own , but rice burners don’t really appeal to me, I want/got a machine I can do 500 miles a day on after a hand full of back surgeries. My dyna wide glide’s under 650lbs with over 150fp of torque and sits like a recliner. All the bullet bikes I’ve seen spin out on the Dragons Tail..... that’s not my idea of fun but again , to each his own. I wouldn’t say “Bullet bikes suck” ; the wife and I just have more fun on Harleys , except when chics pull their shirts up lol. And I like dirt drags myself.

Fair enough, I can understand where you are coming from. For me however the appeal of riding a motorcycle is the sensation of speed. Nothing gives you that kind of a feeling like a sportbike. I'm sure Harleys are very enjoyable to ride for some people. But comparing a cruiser to a sportbike in terms of performance is like comparing drinking a Red Bull to smoking crack

I think you are more like the majority, it’s just the vocal few that get off by trying to put others down.

So have you seen the commercial for the new electric Hummer? I didn't like the old Hummer H2 because it was such a blatant attempt to cash in on real H1 Humvees. And now there's gonna be an all electric model? So is it go for 15 or 20 miles between charges?

After I saw that commercial I decided to "Google" it. As advertised it's $112k. HOLY ****! Apparently it has two electric motors, 1000hp, and goes 0-60 in 3 seconds. And it better do a whole lot more for $112k. I wouldn't buy one for 1/3 of that price.

I agree. Plus i never liked that ridiculous looking original H2 model to begin with. Although later on the H3 model kinda grew on me. There are a very few H3T truck models still on the roads. I like those a lot better than that abortion Jeep truck thing that just came out last year.
