Yeah.... I am giving away a large cabin/shed...about $2000 plus value.... had a guy pull a no-show yesterday.... I ready to leave it and have the new owners of the land just destroy it....
what is most inconvenient from an instructors point of view is several potential attendee's mentioning coming and no one signs up so i cancel based on no attendance.
