I have mil/pmc grade/unissued paramedic gear for a group for sale. I have a NA Rescue Walk bag( https://www.narescue.com/military-products/warrior-aid-and-litter-kit-walk.html ) which I am selling for fraction of the cost to try and help as many people as I can.
which will protect a squad of people as it is what a spec op medic carries as I got it from one, plus various Israeli bandages, splints, combat gauze, and Labor Day weekend I will count to see how many “extra” pocket respirators I have to sell. As a spec op pmc guy I met sold me a ton of body armor and paramedic gear a few years ago, most of it is gone. As I know there is a long standing tread about forming communities/clicks of like minded folks and a walk bag would take care of several severely wounded people. You can check out my ad which I will update after Labor Day with some more stuff. Also a lot of people over look basic hygiene stuff which can kill you quickly through infections. So, soap, toothpaste/brush, floss, etc. are important to have as well to prevent decay and abscesses which can kill painfully like a gun shot just slower. As I figure there most likely won’t be a higher echelon of care on a shtf situation. Luckily, my friend is a thoracic or nurse, but a lot of the tools are really expensive but there are work arounds. I did take a good TC3 class, and you can get a paramedic degree from a community college, and either via Pell or other grants you can do it for pretty much free. Which I was doing before I left my now ex-wife as I have sole custody of the kids. But, now they are both in school I am going to finish that degree and work a several shifts a month in the hood so I can get experience with severe trauma-gsw’s, stabbing, etc. if I remember correctly if you work in an underserved community you can get any loans you took out forgiven over time. Just a thought
