Actually, she's very much overqualified for the job. But we discussed itthis morning and I want to bring her in to get her used to how we do things around here and then move her into a different position down the road.

Why can't I get interviews with people like you? I would love for a company to have that type of outlook on me... bring me in to learn their way of doing things and then move me on to be of greater help with the company's success.

I keep getting told I am a "high risk" because of my education, which isn't really outstanding at all just a B.A.
Should I go full on hillbilly next interview and hope the interviewer has pity on me?
