By switching from USAA to Geico. USAA kept increasing my policy even though I have 0 accidents or tickets for the last 30 years. I'm 51 and my 6 month premium went from 1000 to under 500 every 6 months.

From what I’ve read, USAA and Auto Owners are tops in customer service, claims handling, etc. I know I pay more for USAA and I’m ok with that. The times I’ve had to make a claim, including a house fire, USAA was right there, no questions asked and completed everything to my complete satisfaction. They stayed with me through the whole process. That’s why I’m willing to pay more.
