A Queensland woman has been charged after allegedly riding a horse from her home to a local pub in Brisbane's south last night, while she was four-times over the legal alcohol limit.

Seems harsh that:

“Police were called to the bottle shop of a tavern on Wembley Road in Logal Central around 11.30pm when the 51-year-old allegedly attempted to ride the animal through a drive-through section.”

So your horse is ineligible for the drive through, but counts as a vehicle for traffic cops? Lame. Anyway, was the horse also over the limit? If not, what’s the problem?
