Got bored today not much going on in the shop. Since no one makes night sights for the m&p shield that truly fit well ( no over hang ) I decided to turn my factory sights into h&k styled phosphorescent sights!

Out here in the country we just smear lightning bug juice on them.

They've been glowing for hours. Not as bright as the initial burst of light to charge them but still glowing strong. If they hold up (survived a 30 minute bath in my ultrasonic so far) and get a good long glow I'll set up a few other toys with this set up. So far 4 hours on a quick 20 minute charge under a desk lamp.
