Golden rod or light bulb.
The big golden rod and then i also have these damp rid things i got from Costco. You can plug them in dry them out when needed.

Put a piece of plywood under it to keep it off the concrete.

If someone is gonna steel your safe, they’re gonna steal it...
I'd use pressure treated wood. Also if when the concrete was poured and a plastic vapor barrier was put down will be the best resistant.
