I need a new fence!

Looking to have a new fence installed. I have a 425ft fence that needs to be replaced as the previous homeowner didn't concrete the posts and its falling apart. They just put the posts in the ground. Have prices on wood come down or should I wait? Any recommendations, ideas or companies would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately it wasn't sealed and is in horrible condition.
