I need help to test an armor plate i designed

DerekB711 and I are gonna test my test plate with some 30.06 lead rds this Sunday. If anybody has any 30.06 AP Black tip that i can pick up in the morning sunday? That would be perfect. Ill pay $25 for 6 rds. Need to find some black tip if possible.

The 5.7 does good through certain barriers, steel not so much (not with what's currently available). Quite a few harder core or copper bullets defeat glass and metal fairly easily.
I've tested on the 3.4" 7 layer ballistic glass with various calibers and bullets....supposedly it stops a .50bmg, well that's absolute BULL****, as I punched holes through it with GMX .243 and most .257wby and above Weatherby calibers with Barnes copper.
Now that I mention the .243, consider this: what a XM855 or 109 does at 50yards, the .243 GMX does at 300yards.
The typical 1.5" "bulletproof" glass will hold up to certain types of bullets and velocities...even a "lowly" 9mm with the right bullet will punch right through
