I need help to test an armor plate i designed

I have some 30-06 AP rounds and a buddy that has a .50 I can borrow.

i have an AR500 target, 223 will dimple it, 308 knocks the paint off, 22-250 drilled a perfect hole through it. I have access to one if you want to try it

I think I have some ap 9mm that we sent through a vest before. Went through level III like it wasn't even there.

I think I have an old 1942 blaster in the safe. It's got markings from the Galactic Empire and everything. If not, we can always use my light saber (cerakoted in green of course).

Doesn't matter how old a thread is, since, as in this case it doesn't mean that further testing cannot be done or discussed.
I've done a LOT of testing over the years and it never gets boring.
A lot of factors to consider, and it's always interesting to find results as opposed to bull**** hype from either the armor plate manufacturers or the ammo manufacturers.

AR500 and AR500+ can and have been defeated by many rifle calibers. Speed, bullet weight, bullet shape and composition are factors.
