I have days where I swear I was invisible.

I have thought about getting one for over a year, as I have several people decide they want to occupy the same space I was in. Had to take some fast evasive action to avoid getting hit.

be careful with SD cards. I have a dash cam that only accepts of a certain size or UNDER!

I bought a couple out of forward looking only dash cams china on ebay. It looked like they recorded the speed also. It displays the speed in KM on the screen but the speed is not part of the image on playback. The dash cam requires a certain size or UNDER. (32GB?)

In court the only thing that matters is what you can prove. Cause everybody gets to test-a-lie

Other considerations:
Recording audio can be good or bad.
I’ve read where GoPros have been confiscated as evidence at an arrest scene. Not sure if dashcam memory can be as well.
