I’m sorry for ur loss. I’ve been through some tough cracks in my life.

I don’t have answers but I found the following helpful. Get ur mind right...and the body will follow. The body does wonderful things once the mind is right

get with one of your closest friends and tell them you need their help to keep you occupied until you can function again on your own. If they are a true friend they will understand and they will stay with you day and night if it takes it. Don't be afraid to get some support. You need it more than you know.
