We have no drop boxes anywhere near hear anymore.

They took ours as well.
Kept getting robbed...of course if they actually emptied the boxes there wouldn't be anything to steal.
I had the same experience as the OP before they removed the boxes. I went in and told them they need to get their sorry asses out there and remove the mail.

Dropped by my locate post office to drop a letter in the outside box. It was so full, there were pieces of mail sticking out of the slot. I came back home with my letter and told my wife. She said it’s been like that for several days.

Me and the wife were lost AS HELL on the way back from Cartersville two weeks ago and I saw a sign pointing to Palmetto, GA. I just told my wife "Hell no, don't go there. That's the Post Office Black Hole. We'll never make it home from there."
