Couldn't acquire 2 lb test so had to settle on 4 lb test line. This should be fun tomorrow.

Ultralight is my favorite and what I use mostly. St Croix 7' fast action ultra light with 2lb test. Lots of fun on pan fish.

That's all I use also. You really do need a good reel w/good drags if you like to play with the fish like I do. If you're looking for some 2 pound line, look at ice line. It's copolymer and is like braid, and stands up better than mono. This is what I use. If I can't get that then I use the braid.

Sweet I'm looking for a real good ultralight rod. Any recommendation on reels? I just use spinning setups.
