Go north on Hwy 9 out of Sandy Springs, look for Hightower trail on the left (just before Huntcliff country club) turn left on Hightower trail,go about 2 miles,you can't miss it, its a 3 foot marker of granite with the state marker right next to it(Hightower trail dead ends at the Huntcliff country club, this marker is just before the entrance to the country club)
