• All users have been asked to change their passwords. This is just a precaution. Thanks!

I was prompted to chang my password for security reasons.

To those who reuse passwords for multiple websites I recommend BitWarden so that way you can have a unique password for everything:

Was hoping someone else was going to ask so I didn't have too. Think it's the first time I've changed my password since 2012
Change your password to a new 1 and click save then immediately change it back to your old 1 and click save. The system will accept it and you are back to your original password

True, but you've also defeated the purpose of the whole thing. At the very least I would recommend having a different password for our site and other sites. If the password is the same and it gets leaked from a data breach of another site it puts your account here at risk. This is how a few accounts have been taken over and users scammed in the last few months.

easy to hack accounts when the site "auto" keeps you signed up... if you forget to log out or do not realize you forgot
to "un check" the stay logged in.. your account is open and ready to get hacked..

maybe auto sign you out

That is only a problem if someone else uses the same computer or device that you’re logged into.

Not necessarily. My original password from 2012 was unique to the ODT. When prompted to change it, I changed it to a password that I use on tons of other places (dumb I know).

I'm going to change it now to something I know is completely unique to this account only though. Thanks for the info!
