Used Google. Calling it a Scuppernong. I just assume it’s a Muscadine.
Anyone else care to weigh in? Edible? Do I need to start constructing some copper art and whirly tubes?

My vote as well. Got vines everywhere in the woods around the house. Good crop last year, this year, not so much. Not enough rain at the right time.

BTW, Muscadine and Scuppernog are just different varieties of the same thing, or so my research has found.

Muscadine the ones most convenient to the gate were scarce but excellent the past two weeks.
We always called the golden ones scuppernongs.

We always called the purple ones Muscadines and the white/green/gold ones Scuppernongs.
