It would be funny. Or maybe if it was someone else's package taking the grand tour of USPS facilities in GA..
I ordered a front sight from Numrich a few Saturdays back and they went it USPS.since it's a pretty small padded envelope type package. But just look at the tracking history here. It was supposed to be here yesterday. But since the last update was a distribution center in ATL I knew it wouldn't be here on time. It went from Numrich to their local post office on to Queens and then to Atlanta and then on to Macon. But then back to Atlanta for like two days. And it just left Atlanta AGAIN some time overnight.
I just wish there was ANY kind of non DEI higher up to show this to and get them to even attempt to explain/justify it. Look at the time productivity and fuel they're wasting. But I guess when they're really busy stealing checks and credit cards out of the mail then actually delivering mail is a distant second. Oh yeah the Monroe Co Sheriff busted over a dozen people from their to the dreaded South ATL distribution center for stealing and "washing" checks last month. I hope they ALL catch a RICO conviction cause if that ain't organized crime I don't know what is.
But this kinda **** is just inexcusable. Especially when it happened to me like this maybe a month ago. Package made it from CA to ATL and instead of moving on to Macon it went to Delaware then back to ATL but then to Augusta and THEN back through ATL. They can claim whatever they want but there is no way to explain this level of incompetence.
