I have carried my G19 in many holsters. I've found for IWB carry, a good hybrid (kydex on leather), is very comfortable and concealing. Comp-Tac 'Mtac or a Crossbreed Supertuk are well made and do the job nicely.

As many have mentioned, a good holster with a crappy belt is a poor carry. In my opinion, the belt should be of higher quality than the holster, whether you carry in or out. I was lucky enough to get two from Logo Leather before that fine gentleman retired. Beltman belts are good as well. A quality holster just will not do the job if you have a crappy cheap belt. Good luck finding what you want!
Don Hume P.C.C.H. $70 awesome IWB holster has a body shield ( super important or the slide will wear you out) also Galco Royal Guard I don't know if the one for a Glock has body shield but these are top of the line IWB holsters for about $125

A good IWB holster that can be adjusted for different angles and with two clips. I use a custom built kydex/leather model so I can't reference a particular brand. But like this:
Thanks guys, my wife just told me she ordered me a Kydex IWB from Alpha Carry Systems. It looks nice and was a great jester on her part. Anyone know anything about Alpha carry systems
For IWB for my Glock 19 I use a SHTF hybrid.
For OWB I have a Blackpoint Tactical that I use at the range.

Look up LAG tactical. I had one of their holsters. It's all Kydex and converts OWB to IWB with supplied clips.

I use a Beltman horse hide belt or a Wilderness instructors belt. My Beltman belt is 12 years old and still looks new after wearing it every day. I have only worn the Wilderness belt about a dozen times over the last few years and it has performed fine so far.
