Subscribed. In 2005 till 2009 I did a bunch of business with Orlando Wilson. He a pretty good guy and can run a D9 or cat 973, and a motor grader better than most operators today. He's also the reason Cabalas didn't build in adairsville. He got greedy and bought up all the land they were looking at so they'd be stuck do business with him. When they found out, the adairsville deal hot aborted and they ended up in Acworth. Just an interesting tidbit about what greed will do.
