Improvised Flashbangs

Has anyone ever looked at using fireworks mortars as a flashbang? Really only makes sense to use indoors, is it worth trying to contain the sparks to avoid starting fires?

The tricky/hard/expensive part is usually the fuze/initiation device. Having to use a bic to light your flashbang is.... not very tacticool.

Oh, and mortars are gonna go off twice. The lifting charge then the main round.


Or I guess you could x the lifting charge and plug your fuse directly into the round.
