That's awesome, when I was trying to get my trust done, Regions bank refused to notorize it. Ended up using a secretary from work...
Was it the bank policy or the notary?
It was a bank policy that they don't do trusts NFA or otherwise. I walked in and asked for the notary. They asked for what, I told them a trust she checked some sheet then said they couldn't do it.
That's a shame.

That's disappointing to hear. I've banked with Regions for years and have always been happy with them, but I think they are starting to get big bank syndrome. If they had done that to me I would have emptied my accounts and walked out. I've had a few not so pleasant experiences with them in recent years, but never had them flat out refuse to help me. No one who refuses to offer the services you require deserves to have your money IMO, there are too many others that will take care of you. Mainly smaller banks and credit unions. I've been considering switching for a while now.
Do you do online transactions, or does it have to done in store?
