The kind of integrity this Veteran displayed was taught both at home and in the service of his country.
If it doesn't belong to you and you find it then turn it in or try and located the owner. That's how I was brought up and how I teach my kids. I swear I am a magnet for credit cards left in ATM's and men's or women's wallets dropped in parking lots or playgrounds. All returned to their owners with the exception of one credit card because the company told me to just cut it up as they would send the owner a new one and tell them what happened. Karma!
