Saw this in an add, Caliber: 45 LC/44-40/357, for a rifle. Are these rounds interchangeable like the .357 and .38, and .44 mag and . 44 special? Would not the .38 special work in this rifle as well?

Probably just means the rifle can be ordered/ chambered in those calibers separately
