Interesting new from Kel-Tec

Unloading this thing sounds like a barrel of fun, Its always fun to rack 15-20 rounds one at a time out of a gun every time you need to unload it.

Loading it more than once seems like a hoot as well
Thought I saw something about a removable floorplate, like some bolt guns...

One thing was the intention, the other is a possible (and questionable) result of that intention but not the intention itself.

It's a very tiny market that would even appeal too and would be rendered useless with the stroke of a pen anyways.
Even when the company says that it was (at least one of) the intentions?

And it would take a little more than a stroke of the pen to get around the 'detachable' magazine part of most gun-ban state laws. Not that they couldn't do it, but they would need to rewrite their laws.

Have they?

I'm not even sure it would get around any of the states with mag restriction laws because most of them have wording that includes internal mags like tube fed rifles and shotguns.

So which states specifically that currently has capacity restrictions will this get around? Can you name them, has anyone named them, has kel-tec themselves named any?

Really? Screws?

They tryna get some poor povert kilt.
lol, I saw a short interview with the Kel - Tec guy talking about it and when asked about unloading he said yeah one of the unfortunate things about this design is you have to rack each round out, and there is a plate where the magazine is normally held but it is pinned and not as easy to use. I took pinned and not easy to use to mean screwed or something similar.

If I can find the interview I'll share it was on one of those long videos interviewing different manufactures.

Most of those exempt things like that. They are going after ARs so it's usually about mag fed guns.
Could be wrong and I'm not going to delve into each state laws, but that was my understanding.

So we can't confirm that kel-tec has mentioned it being ban state friendly (I haven't seen anything from them) and we can't confirm any states that it might get around a ban?
So my original statement stands until shown otherwise.
The no magazine is more about making the pistol smaller and cheaper to manufacturer than gun laws in ban states. Stop the fudd nonsense.
