IN 1978 we used a Burroughs L5000.....it was a computer(almost the size of a piano) that had a 1 inch wide roll of paper with holes punched into it, for directions on what to do....the roll of "punched" paper was probably 10' long.....had to guide it in by hand......God only knows how much we paid for that programing...the next was an IBM 5120......costs thousands....the programing(software) was "hand written".....and cost way more than the computer....the floppies were 10"......

Pffft. That's easy. You just upload your mind into a computer and reprint your body when you arrive. The spacecraft can be the size of a 3D printer and a solar sail. After a place has been visited, others won't even have to send their hard drive. Just broadcast yourself and get printed out wherever there is a receiver.
