Is anyone actually buying these Glocks?

I wouldn't pay over 550 for a new glock. Theres no sense in it. There at the store for 525 mostly everywhere. Its not like there gonna ban glocks or make them a fda item. It would take a million years. And gouging someone becuase there new to shooting is really a bad representation of what i thought we were all about on this site. Id rather have a good basis of people to deal with than be a dream pricer

I gave up on looking for a Glock for this reason. Seems also there are a lot of new members on this site now who are just trying to make some money. The smart ones know what to pay for certain firearms and also know that prices will come down. Much like last time. However there are people that buy them at these prices and therefore they stay high. I am just waiting; in a couple of months all these people who bought firearms for the "fear" will sell them. Therefore more for us at lower prices. Simple supply and demand.

You need to revisit the definition of "gouging".

Not when they are still in stock new and used at the LGS I go to between 450 and 550.

Only time I would ever sell a glock that high is if people were actually buying them for that price or if my wife was trying to make me sell one of my glocks I did not want to get rid of cause I know it wouldn't sell my add would be

People ask what they want, and if people pay that, then the buyer is the fool. Cheaper than dirt is selling much higher than the market as well. They are hoping to capitalize on this as well. I liked them before as well as bought from them, but that has come to an end as well. It is your choice to buy or not.

$550 is my absolute top dollar for ANY Glock. And at that price, it better have night sights and either a longslide or a short frame.

i stopped by "on the square guns" in mcdonough today to look for a holster for a new xds. i saw over 50 ar-15's priced between $1495 and $3000 and no these were not colt or name brand guns. i happened to ask the guy what glock 26's were going for now, hold your breath, he said $725 if you could find them. i almost laughed in his face. thank God i already own one that i paid $529 for about a month ago. if you want to get ripped off, just stop by and browse.
