I took a chance on an old Rossi 62 that doesn't feed. I can solve the feeding problem, but there are two significant stripped threads, both screws suspect as well, plus one screw / stripped thread that's not critical.

I think to fix one of the problems I need a small stepped bush machined and tapped. How do you cut really small fine threads ? Are there tiny taps and dies ?

So if there's a hobby machinist who could help me get this running again happy to provide beer / pizza bit of cash kind of thing. The gun's not worth taking to a pro, (value wise), and I don't have the spare cash to just throw money at it.

Thanks, I wondered, any idea of a good source ? I suspect I'll need to go up a touch in size, so metric or imperial could be open.
