So... the geniuses at HTA made the cocking tube way too tight. The charge handle will not go into battery and stops halfway through. This picture is with the lower off, and bolt group is out. It stops there and does not free float. It needs to be loosened up and Short of me grinding the cocking tube support down, I cant do it. Picture for reference. If anyone has a lathe, they can take it off the cocking tube support.. but I dont have a lathe either.

Can anyone help me? Ill pay you obviously.

If you still have the original support I would take the other one out and compare them. To get the support out pull the changing handle back and lock it open. The hole should line up and drive the roll pin out then the handle will come out and slide the support out the back of the receiver.

I already took the support out. I just bought one from HKParts, so ill compare them when it comes in. Thats all I could think to do.

OK, I looked at my AP5 SD. There is a sleeve welded it the cocking tube that requires a mp5k support.
