That snake was about full grown. They just eat bugs. Not a baby just a small breed of snake.

I think its a northern brown snake to. if u see a copper shine to the sides of the snake and a pointed head then be careful ive killed 2 copperheads this week both under wood piles ........have not ever seen a brown snake in the wood piles but inside the buildings around here trying to get out ive seen several .
