Several reports of the search filters not working yesterday.

It's GA based but members all over. Even some International members here

You can search the Classifieds by "Ship or Transfer".

Answer is yes, but like others have said there are members here from all over. I'm in OK and still enjoy it quite a bit. There's dang few good forums out there so when you find one like this you just grab holt and hang on!
